Classic Cold Oat Milk Chocolate
Ingredients:- A pack of 250ml Oatbedient Oat M!lk Chocolate
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional) and chocolate shavings or Oatbedient Oat Milk chocolate powder
- A shot of espresso or plain coffee (optional)
- In a blender, blend the ice, vanilla, salt, and Oatbedient Oat M!lk Chocolate until frothy.
- Pour into a glass, top it up with a heap of whipped cream (optional) and sprinkle over chocolate shavings or an additional dusting of Oatbedient Oat Milk Chocolate powder.
- You can also add a shot of espresso to the blend for a coffee-infused chocolate drink.
Spiced Oat Milk Chocolate Chai
Ingredients:- 2 packs of 250ml Oatbedient Oat M!lk Chocolate
- 1 black tea bag
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamom pods, slightly crushed
- 1 star anise
- 100g of chopped milk chocolate (optional)
- In a saucepan, combine the Oatbedient Oat M!lk Chocolate, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and star anise. Heat over medium heat until hot and aromatic, but not boiling.
- Add the tea bag to the saucepan and steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on the desired strength of the chai flavour.
- Remove the tea bag and spices from the saucepan. Add the chopped milk chocolate if desired, stirring well to avoid lumps.
- This drink is probably sweet already, so proceed to serve warm, garnished with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cardamom for an additional layer of flavour.
